Job Title: Network Analyst
Location: Calgary, AB
Duration: Long Term Contract

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides day to day operational technical support for the delivery of data, wireless services including 24 hour on-call support.
LAN/WAN Cisco Network operations, installations, and/or maintenance for local, off-site, and/ or remote locations
Working on Cisco end of life switch and router replacement for corporate datacentres and for remote sites
Serves as a technical specialist for the resolution of network related problems
Manages the team queue of issues ensuring timely resolution
Performs initial telephony technology evaluation and pre-implementation testing of hardware and software.
Implements POC designs into full-scale production systems involving configuration and deployment of Enterprise Cisco Data/Wireless Platforms
Communicate written and verbal technical topics and situations effectively to both technical and non technical audience
SKILLS (Technical and Business):
7+ years hands on experience with Cisco Network administration and support
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; client-centric, professional, friendly, courteous
Hands on experience with Service ticketing tools (Service Now)
The ability to be a self-starter, and be able to manage expectations with customers
Strong communication skills and a strong sense of urgency
Advanced troubleshooting Skills
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION(S):
CCNA or higher Route/Switch Certification
College/University Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field or Equivalent Experience
