National Sales Manager - School BusAbout Us:

As the National Sales Manager - School Bus you are an ambitious, high energy individual able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while leading a team by example. You use creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. You aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with internal team members and customers alike.The National Sales Manager - School Bus is organized, detail-oriented, has excellent oral and written communication and team management skills. Depending on the location of the right candidate, the position either works from home and reports to FLSP's head office in Winnipeg, Canada, or works from FLSP's head office.Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor, oversee and report on the daily operations of the FLSP sales department
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Lead nationwide school bus vertical sales team to achieve sales targets
• Develop, monitor, and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Manage relationships with key OEM accounts
• Negotiate and close supply agreements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
• Become a subject matter expert on FLSP's products
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competing products
• Liaise with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer satisfaction
• Update company CRM as needed
• Participate in industry trade shows and professional events
• Any other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Experience in the pupil transportation industry is preferred but not required
• Proven work experience as a National Sales Manager or related position
• Experience managing a high-performance sales team
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft office programs
• Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
• Customer focused attitude with excellent negotiation skills
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Availability to travel as needed
