  • Report to, and operate under the general direction of the National Sales Manager.
  • Meet established sales goals and manage expenses to budget.
  • Conduct veterinary clinic sales calls within the assigned territory (in person or virtually).
  • Organize and attend seminars, dinner programs, CE programs, etc. with targeted veterinarians.
  • Provide regular feedback, as required, to management.
  • Provide input/feedback to management on marketing programs, marketing materials.
  • Attend key National, Regional & Provincial veterinary conferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key veterinarians and opinion leaders.
  • Travel \xe2\x80\x93 25%
  • Other duties as requested.

  • Se rapporter et fonctionner sous la direction g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rale du directeur national des ventes.
  • Atteindre les objectifs de vente \xc3\xa9tablis et g\xc3\xa9rer les d\xc3\xa9penses conform\xc3\xa9ment au budget.
  • Effectuer des appels de vente en clinique v\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9rinaire dans le territoire assign\xc3\xa9 (en personne ou virtuellement).
  • Organiser et assister \xc3\xa0 des s\xc3\xa9minaires, des d\xc3\xaeners d\xe2\x80\x99affaire, des programmes de Formation Continue, etc. avec des v\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9rinaires cibl\xc3\xa9s.
  • Fournir une r\xc3\xa9troaction r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8re, au besoin, \xc3\xa0 la direction.
  • Fournir des commentaires/r\xc3\xa9troaction \xc3\xa0 la direction sur les programmes marketing, le mat\xc3\xa9riel marketing.
  • Assister \xc3\xa0 des conf\xc3\xa9rences v\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9rinaires nationales, r\xc3\xa9gionales et provinciales cl\xc3\xa9s.
  • Construire et maintenir des relations solides avec les v\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9rinaires cl\xc3\xa9s et les leaders d\'opinion.
  • Voyage 25 %

The Ideal Candidate
  • Position to be located within the identified territory ideally on the south shore of Montreal.
  • Demonstrates strong selling skills. Sales experience in the animal health industry is preferred.
  • Experience in developing and executing territory business plans.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the medical, operational and business side of veterinary practice.
  • Knowledge and understanding of selling to key opinion leaders in a specialty practice environment.
  • Strong analytical, technical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Exhibits a high level of passion and self-motivation.
  • Candidate must demonstrate initiative and accomplish goals with minimal supervision.
  • Solid understanding of basic computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • 1 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of experience
  • University Degree preferred
  • Bilingual French and English (Oral and Written).
  • Willing to travel extensively throughout assigned territory and to regional and national events.

  • Connaissance et compr\xc3\xa9hension des aspects m\xc3\xa9dicaux, op\xc3\xa9rationnels et commerciaux de la pratique v\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9rinaire.
  • Connaissance et compr\xc3\xa9hension de la vente \xc3\xa0 des leaders d\'opinion dans un environnement de pratiques sp\xc3\xa9cialis\xc3\xa9es.
  • Solides comp\xc3\xa9tences analytiques, techniques, de communication et de pr\xc3\xa9sentation.
  • Fait preuve d\'un haut niveau de passion et d\'auto-motivation.
  • Le candidat doit faire preuve d\'initiative et atteindre ses objectifs avec un minimum de supervision.
  • Solide compr\xc3\xa9hension des programmes informatiques de base (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Bilingue fran\xc3\xa7ais et anglais (oral et \xc3\xa9crit).
  • 1 \xc3\xa0 5 ann\xc3\xa9es d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me universitaire pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9
  • Dispos\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 voyager beaucoup sur tout le territoire assign\xc3\xa9 et \xc3\xa0 des \xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements r\xc3\xa9gionaux et nationaux.
