Position Summary
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting Oasis Global Inc (“Segway Powersports Canada”) increase sales revenues and maintain customer relationships within the assigned geographical area of Ontario. Our ideal applicant has several years of experience selling Powersports vehicles and equipment preferably with some leadership or management experience. You also need strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies.
  • Promote the Client's portfolio of brands in a professional manner as the official representative for Segway Powersports Canada within the Contractor's assigned territory.
  • Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods.
  • Cultivate and grow existing dealer relationships.
  • Add new high-quality dealers that both protect current dealer relationships and who lead by example in market growth.
  • Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions.
  • Discover sales opportunities through consumer research.
  • Assist dealers on successful sell through programs and strategies.
  • Present products and services to prospective customers.
  • Monitor customer preferences to better understand what type of sales efforts would be most effective for particular clients.
  • Project potential sales for future quarters and years by reviewing operational reports and records.
  • Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g., trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.
  • Attend trade associate meetings as a representative of Segway Powersports Canada in order to promote products and increase sales numbers for the territory.
  • Assess sales performance according to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor competition within assigned region.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required to the National Sales Manager.
  • Provide trackside support for major race series. IE: Walton TransCan GNC Motocross Championship, Triple Crown Series, Etc.
  • Assistance with research on special projects as required, i.e.: Product or competitive intelligence initiatives.
  • Be open to share Product Management category development and execution.
  • Ensure that all communication with customers is tracked using the Client’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system HubSpot.
  • The Assigned Territory will be Ontario
  • Assist Customer Support Team as required.

Qualifications:
  • BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Territory Manager- min 5 years
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
  • Familiarity with fishbowl is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to travel daily and spend most of the day in a vehicle.
  • Valid driver’s license and no major driving violations.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
