Our expectations

The National Agreement Manager is responsible for the management of current customers under national agreements and the development of a new clientele. Clients under national agreements are associations with members managing properties, industrial or private groups with multiple buildings and clients working with tenders for purchases on their buildings.

Your role

Develop strategies for sales development with associations, groups with sites across Canada, franchisees, etc.
Establish a strong contact network in the development of this new sales segment
Identify business opportunities, plan and prepare visits with potential clients
Identify needs and present offer adapted to each customer
Build a partnership and contract agreement as part of the organization\'s culture
Prepare the internal implementation of new agreements in our systems
Coordinate account setup for customers attached to each agreement
Coordinate marketing requests for websites, magazines, and other needs according to each contract
Work closely with Pro Sales Managers to grow sales with members of each agreement
Build price lists according to the needs of each group of customers and revise them according to the schedule established in the contract
Provide sales reports upon request and based on the contract calendar
Special request management
Offer customer services to members of each agreement
Contribute to the achievement of organizational sales targets as they relate to national agreements
Occasionally participate in some association events
All other related tasks

The qualifications we are looking for

5 years of experience in the management of B2B corporate agreements
University degree preferably in Business Administration or Marketing (or equivalent in professional experience)
Good knowledge of the hardware industry mandatory
Knowledge of the association and institutional sector an asset
Customer-focused and sales-focused approach
Analytical ability, information management and business sense
The ability to establish excellent professional relationships
Excellent communication skills
Mobility - frequent travel on the road
Good knowledge of French (written and spoken) is an asset
