Responsibilities
Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth functioning and high-quality service delivery.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and cash handling procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon.
Experience
The ideal candidate should have:
Proven experience in retail management or salon operations.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and staff.
Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures.
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
