We offer competitive salary and benefit packages. The Multimedia Sales Manager is a senior leadership role. You will build, motivate and empower your team to deliver print and digital solutions to Yukon businesses, non-profit organizations, First Nation governments, as well as territorial and municipal government clients. The successful applicant will: \xc2\xb7 Manage and train the sales team in prospecting, creating proposals and leading presentations. \xc2\xb7 Develop new opportunities for revenue growth. \xc2\xb7 Provide excellent customer service to current and longstanding clients. \xc2\xb7 Be the subject matter expert in CRM software and ad booking systems. \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all existing features/supplements reach their revenue targets as set out in the operating budget. Key Skills and Experience: \xc2\xb7 At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a leadership sales role. \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English. \xc2\xb7 Solid understanding of the media industry - specifically newspapers, magazines, and digital players. \xc2\xb7 A strong understanding of digital media advertising services \xe2\x80\x93 SEO, Social Media Marketing, O&O, Programmatic and email marketing. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated experience in prospecting and growing client lists with a proven track record of revenue growth and meeting sales goals. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales and database management tools. \xc2\xb7 Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite \xc2\xb7 Goal oriented, competitive, and forward thinking \xc2\xb7 Ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy in difficult situations \xc2\xb7 Time management and excellent prioritization skills a must \xc2\xb7 Reliable transportation Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $30.00 per hour Benefits:
