We are a new dynamic player in the speciality automotive industry, dedicated to delivering outstanding service and experiences to our clients. Our mission is to enhance the automotive experience through exceptional customer care and expertise while providing a transparent model of business.

Summary

We are seeking a Highly Experienced & Driven Automotive Service Advisor located in the Fraser valley to join our team at CARS FOR TOYS. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our customers and our service team, ensuring a seamless experience that reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

We are a brand new Service Facility so this will be an opportunity for someone who has the experience and confidence to build a service centre.

Responsibilities

Work with management to develop a strong Service Centre - Profit & Process.

We are a 5 month old service facility. You will posses the skills to build rapport with the community, new clients and work with our team on building out and executing systems.

Connect with customers and assess their automotive service needs.

Provide detailed information about services and repairs. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Upsell additional services based on customer needs. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction. Stay updated on automotive trends and service offerings.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a dealership environment as a Service Advisor or similar role.

Strong customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic mechanical knowledge is an asset. Sales experience, particularly in upselling services, is preferred. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement

Salary

Actual Salary is based on performance.

With Bonuses, Profit Sharing, Commission, Hourly you could end up $100k++ once we are fully established.
