Service Advisor/Manager

to our growing team.

We're known for our exceptional service, honest advice, and long-standing customer relationships - and we're looking for someone who can lead our front-of-house operations with that same level of dedication.

What You'll Do

Be the first point of contact for customers, building trust and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Listen to customers' needs, explain recommended services, and provide accurate estimates Schedule appointments and manage shop workflow to maximize efficiency Communicate clearly between customers and technicians to ensure quality work and timely updates Maintain accurate service records and manage invoicing/payment processing Support a positive, respectful, and solutions-focused team environment

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Manager in the automotive industry Strong customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone Ability to explain technical information in clear, customer-friendly language Strong organizational skills to balance scheduling, follow-ups, and shop operations Comfort using shop management software (e.g. Mitchell1) and basic computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) A team-first mindset, focused on delivering outstanding service every time
