Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they arrive. Your expertise in automotive repair and exceptional customer service skills will help guide customers through their service needs while promoting additional services that enhance their vehicle performance.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive service needs. Provide detailed explanations of services recommended and answer any questions regarding repairs or maintenance. Ability to multi-task and use the internet to source parts for the best price. Manage cash handling processes efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions and record-keeping. Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to communicate customer concerns and ensure timely service completion. Maintain a clean and organized service area, contributing to a positive customer experience. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage return visits. Managing the workflow to technicians and update customers in a timely manner.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive dealership or repair environment, is valued but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $41,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
