Do you have experience within commercial real estate? Our partnered client is currently adding a Mortgage Administrator to join their team. In this hybrid role you will work closely with the office manager to assist with their management of customers and their portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation of Canadian compliance codes and regulations within the commercial property industry. This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking a stable role providing support to the office manager to assure day to day operation expectations are achieved.
Responsibilities:
Preparing deposits, payments, transfers for investor payments
Supporting clients with their day-to-day inquiries via email and phone
Working with the finance team to assure compliance
Updating and managing client portfolio within a database; contracts, customer details, administrative maintenance of their account
Assist Client Manager with customer concerns regarding compliance, estates
Providing correct contacts for advice & recommendations on portfolio
Update of internal procedures as necessary
Manage client relationships via phone and email
Develop relationships with new and existing customers
Assure completion of documents correctly and accurately
Prepare all pre-closing documentation required
Establish and maintain effective communication with all other departments
Skills and Qualifications:
2-3 years experience within the commercial real estate industry
Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma
Experience with best practises, policies and procedures
Strong sense of Customer Service
Passionate about investments and creating a career
Self Starter with strong attention to details
Intermediate Excel skills to run reports and work with established formulas
Team player, articulate, reliable
