As part of our continued growth plans, we are seeking a Training Specialist to join our Monitoring Center team and help us enhance the competencies of individual Monitoring employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees’ workplace performance in alliance with our core values.
Duties & Responsibilities

  • In-depth knowledge of all Monitoring team duties and responsibilities, ability to train each position.
  • Work hands-on with each Monitoring Team to review existing training materials and tools.
  • Assess training gaps per team (material, delivery methods, length of training, refresher courses, etc.).
  • Work with all department managers to capture all relevant training information and document as needed.
  • Work with the video team to build e-learning modules per department.
  • Incorporate Stealth values and Stealth Academy into our training programs starting with customer excellence.
  • Facilitate and conduct orientation and training sessions as required.
  • Coordinate new employee training schedules and document completion, oversee employee onboarding.
  • Maintain all training records for the Company.
  • Periodically evaluate training programs to ensure that they reflect any new changes.
  • Stay abreast of the contemporary trends and tools in training and development.

Ad-Hoc
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is an asset.
  • 2-5 years of experience directly related to training and development.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of training methods, styles, and adult learning principles.
  • Experience facilitating and conducting training sessions.
  • Experience working with e-learning platforms.
