Opportunity qualification in pursuit of an exceptional customer experience
Trend monitoring, analysis, quality reporting, troubleshooting, resolution of equipment and related products issues with Finning\xe2\x80\x99s supplier partners
Leading aftermarket new product introduction initiatives
Responsible for SWIP approvals and first level problem resolution
Prepare accurate and timely equipment and service forecasts, including component forecasting, pricing, estimates and intelligence, call reports, and customer information
Opportunity development through the use of customer resource management tools
Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with the major customer accounts
Achieve targets for sales, profitability, growth, market share and quotas
Mentor and lead Product Supports Sales Representatives and Wear Product Specialists
Represent the Company in a professional and ethical manner
Qualifications and Experience:
5+ years sales experience managing whole accounts
Automotive or heavy equipment experience or proven sound mechanical knowledge
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Strong parts and service background
Business acumen and understanding of support systems, credit, and financing
Mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment systems
