Join our dynamic team as a Metal prep person, where you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process! You will be engaged in a variety of tasks that support our production goals and contribute to the overall success of our operations. Your hands-on skills will be essential as you work with various tools and machinery, ensuring high-quality output and efficiency. No shop experience required, just an interest in the field! All tools and training will be provided. Lots of opportunity for advancement into welding and fabrication!

What you'll do

Collection of all raw parts that will eventually be made into a final weld assembly Following a drawing package to complete all "prep" operations, including: Routering Drilling Tapping Sanding Cutting

Basic qualifications

Grade 12 education Basic knowledge of shop and hand tools Positive attitude Punctuality and ability to work 40 hour minimum week C level Welding ticket or Fabrication level equivalent is a plus, but not required.
