Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Shop Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and assembly, with experience using various hand and power tools. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency of our operations and ensuring high-quality production standards.

Duties

Operate machinery safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the shop. Perform assembly tasks on various products, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools for fabrication and repair tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues. Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used during production.

Requirements

Proven experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Experience with assembly processes and techniques is highly desirable. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools for various tasks. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per year
