Role Overview
:Haus Metal Flashing fabrication & Supply:
Perform takeoff highlighted sets on bid projects, supply only, for bidders list on public bids.
Perform order specific calculated price for individual direct requests from clients (as volume increases).
Coping Division Supply/Fabricate/Install:
Perform takeoff highlighted sets on bid projects direct to client.
Perform takeoff highlighted sets on bid projects direct to subs (prime contractor would be a waterproofing or roofing company without an existing internal metal shop or installers).
Lead Generation:
Identify leads using existing lead generating resources or via direct requests from clients
Plot and track new leads, start dates of projects, client information.
Contact new leads and turn to Opportunities that can be estimated and sold.
Use cross-company sales team resource to effectively sell to existing clients.
* Other duties as they may be assigned from time to time.
