Our products are trusted across e-commerce (Shopify, Amazon, and global marketplaces) and retail (health food stores, pharmacies, beauty retailers, and practitioner offices) throughout North America.

We're seeking a

Part-Time Ads Manager

-- a strategic, data-driven partner to lead our Facebook and Google Ads ecosystem. In this role, you'll manage high-volume budgets, craft emotionally resonant copy, streamline our advertising systems, and turn $75K/month in spend into measurable, predictable growth.

This role reports to the Head of Marketing & Growth and collaborates closely with copywriters, designers, email marketers, and leadership to execute cohesive, high-performing campaigns.

What You'll Do



Facebook Ads (Approx. $100K monthly spend)



Build and manage audiences, pixels, conversion events, and tracking infrastructure. Create and manage weekly and monthly ad campaigns, including retargeting strategies.

Write scroll-stopping ad copy, hooks, and headlines

that align with brand voice and emotional triggers. Optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, and revenue growth. Stay on top of UGC, Reels trends, meme culture, and high-performance creative patterns. Monitor dashboards for ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, MER, and translate the data into actionable insights.

Google Ads (Approx. $50K monthly spend)



Manage Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns. Conduct keyword research and leverage segmentation for precision targeting. Optimize bid strategies (manual CPC, Target CPA/ROAS, Max Conversions) and manage budget pacing. Ensure clean tracking using Tag Manager, GA4, and CRM integrations.

Write compelling Google ad copy

and support landing page optimization.

Systems, Reporting & Operational Excellence



Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting

with clear insights and next-step recommendations.

Streamline ad operations

across platforms, removing inefficiencies and improving workflow.

Build, refine, and maintain SOPs

for campaign creation, reporting, optimization, testing, and QA. Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and funnel strategies. Proactively test new audiences, creative frameworks, placements, and campaign structures. Stay ahead of platform updates, privacy changes, and industry trends. Act as a revenue partner -- not just an executor -- owning performance outcomes end-to-end.

Who You Are



3-5+ years managing Facebook and Google Ads for e-commerce or D2C brands. Proven success managing budgets of $50K+ monthly on Facebook and $25K+ on Google Ads. Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, funnels, and scaling frameworks.

Exceptional copywriter

with the ability to craft headlines, hooks, and high-converting ad copy. Analytical and creative -- able to merge data with emotionally resonant messaging. Strong communicator who can translate analytics into business recommendations. Organized, deadline-driven, and proactive in project management. Passionate about staying ahead of ad platform trends, creative shifts, and algorithm changes. Comfortable taking ownership, improving systems, and building structured processes.
