We're bringing on a
Google Ads specialist
to own a high-intent lead generation campaign for our
web design services
. This is a single internal campaign with meaningful budget behind it, designed to drive revenue and build long-term pipeline.
This is not a "set it and forget it" role. We're looking for someone who can
own the campaign front to back
, make decisions based on data, and continuously improve performance.
What You'll Be Responsible For
You will fully own one internal Google Ads campaign, including strategy, execution, tracking, and optimization.
Core responsibilities include:
Developing, launching, and managing
Google Ads campaigns only
(Search, Display, PMAX, and Video as appropriate)
Building and refining
location-based strategies
and account structure
Managing and optimizing ad spend in that begins at
$8,000/month and rising
Owning conversion tracking and attribution using
Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Ads
Using conversion and revenue data to continuously improve performance
Testing and optimizing ad copy, keywords, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels
Providing strategic input on
landing pages and funnel optimization
Building or owning landing pages and funnels
if you have strong experience in this area
(not mandatory, but a major asset)
Monitoring performance daily and making proactive optimizations
Reporting on results weekly and clearly communicating insights, wins, and next steps

What We're Looking For
This role is best suited for a
senior Google Ads operator
, not a junior or generalist.
Required:
Proven experience running
Google Ads lead generation campaigns
Experience managing
$5k-$10k+/month ad budgets
Strong understanding of
conversion tracking, GTM, and GA4
Ability to analyze performance and optimize based on real data
Clear communication and reliable weekly check-in
Comfort owning results end-to-end
Strong assets:
Agency experience
Funnel and landing page optimization experience
CRO testing mindset
Experience tying paid media to
revenue
, not just leads
Experience scaling or improving underperforming accounts
Compensation & Structure
$2,000-$4,000/month flat retainer
3-month contract
Weekly communication and performance check-ins
