Minimum qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management. Experience with software development and execution of developing programs.


Preferred qualifications:



5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience in developing and launching AI Agentic solutions. Experience in Google Ads, Display or UX. Experience in understanding the design and key metrics. Experience in operationalizing risk analyses, from ideation into actionable product insights and developing features.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.


In this role, you will lead the highest priority programs to successful outcomes, functioning as a multiplier by enhancing the velocity, visibility, governance, and scalability of the programs they oversee. You will support developing and product organization that is focused on the critical ads initiatives to prevent user harm while safely growing ads business.Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We're made up of multiple teams, building Google's Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

For Unites States Applicants:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Orchestrate execution frameworks for cross-functional programs by defining project scope, milestones, and managing day-to-day resources, risks, and priorities. Measure program progress by designing success metrics for annual Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and discussing the overall impact of the program. Define program goals by collaborating with stakeholders, translating needs into prioritized deliverables, and contributing to the development and execution of feature planning and operations. Develop effective program teams within and across an organization, understanding and addressing their needs to support them throughout their life-cycles.
