Job Description
We're looking for a results-driven Google Ads Paid Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll take ownership of Google Ads campaigns from start to finish - including setup, day-to-day management, optimization, and reporting. You'll also deliver weekly briefs with campaign updates, insights, and recommendations.

What You'll Do
Plan, build, and launch full-funnel Google Ads campaigns
Manage budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
Monitor and optimize campaigns daily for performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Deliver weekly briefs with key updates, performance highlights, and actionable insights.
Prepare monthly performance reports and identify areas of growth.
Collaborate with internal teams on creative, landing pages, and campaign strategy.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience (Search, Display, YouTube, Pmax, and Shopping required).
Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering measurable results.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, client-friendly updates.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time management skills.
Previous agency experience is a plus.
Based in Toronto/GTA preferred, but open to remote applicants across Canada and the US.
