Vision Counselling & Consulting is looking for an exceptional and highly skilled therapist (registered psychologist, social worker, or psychotherapist) to join our team. Although we serve a diverse client base, we have seen a significant increase in the number of client requests for therapists with a Christian background. This varies between requests for Christian informed therapy and requests for therapists who are simply Christian identifying. In order to meet this need, we are seeking registered social workers, psychotherapists, and psychologists who identify as Christian, and are also able and willing to work with our non-Christian clientele. The selected candidate must also demonstrate considerable experience in the effective application of evidence based therapeutic modalities (e.g. CBT, Gottman method, EFT, DBT, ACT, exposure therapy, mindfulness, ART, EMDR, etc.). This position is 100% remote working from the comfort of your own home and you will have the ability to create your own schedule. However, if you have access to appropriate office space and wish to offer in person sessions that may be considered. You will also have the added benefit of working with a dynamic and supportive highly skilled team of therapists through our peer consultations. Minimum requirements: Completion of a doctoral or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in social work, psychology, counselling psychology, etc. BSW\xe2\x80\x99s who can demonstrate significant training and experience in delivering individual psychotherapy may also be considered Professional liability insurance Full registration without need for clinical supervision and in good standing with the ACSW or CAP Minimum of 1 year post graduate experience delivering psychotherapy Christian identifying Consistent and reliable access to technology, internet, and a private professional office space to ensure the confidentiality of clients while delivering virtual therapy Experience using electronic medical record systems or high computer proficiency that would allow one to learn quickly High degree of professionalism and commitment to ethical practice Excellent verbal and written communication skills Assets: Ability to provide couples and/ or family therapy (with a minimum 1 year of experience) Registration with an additional Canadian province Fluency in a second language Use of attachment theory within therapeutic practice Experience working with first responders, military, and health professionals Ability to provide evening and weekend sessions Existing case load of clients you would like to bring with you To view our website visit: https://www.visioncounsellingandconsulting.com/ Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual Salary: $110.00-$133.00 per hour Schedule:
