You will be responsible for answering all calls and responding to member inquiry emails for the YMCA of Southern Interior BC Health, Fitness & Aquatics centres Provide assistance to members and guests and direct calls accordingly General office duties such as filing system maintenance and general typing/keyboarding Support the administration, customer experience and/or operational effectiveness of the Health, Fitness & Aquatics facilities Support teams and departments with administrative transactions such as cancellations, holds, membership sales, program configuration, account maintenance, financial assistance, fitness, child & youth, and aquatics registrations. Use software applications such as, but not limited to: ActiveNet, CLASS, MINDBODY, EPACT, Survey Monkey You have the ability to work within a busy customer centered environment, managing several tasks simultaneously and working through conflict resolutions Support and promote volunteerism and philanthropy

We'd love to hear from people with:

Customer Service/ Sales Experience Standard First Aid and CPR an asset Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher Working knowledge of multiple software applications such as SalesForce, Avocado, MINDBODY is an asset Ability to work evening shifts
