As a Casual Member Service Representative, you provide scheduled and same-day call-out coverage for our Castlegar, Fruitvale, Salmo, South Slocan, and Trail branches.You are the front-line staff in our branches, responsible for assisting our members with their day-to-day financial transactions while identifying opportunities to refer and cross-sell our products and services to meet our members' needs. You utilize your strong product knowledge to provide a superior member experience, recommending solutions and advice to improve our members' financial lives.We are looking for individuals who:
