The Rocky Credit Union is currently recruiting for a Member Service Representative l - 6 Month Full Time Contract position.The Position:
- Processes member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan and utility payments, and foreign cash etc.
- Balance's cash and daily transactions.
- Performs a variety of duties such as opening accounts for existing members and troubleshooting debit card and on-line banking issues.
- Grade 12 Diploma with 1 year of experience within a retail setting.
- Computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook.
Contract length: 6 monthsSalary: $20.33-$21.52 per hourSchedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Expected start date: 2022-08-29
