We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Spa Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere while managing the day-to-day operations of the medical spa. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will contribute to providing an outstanding experience for our clients.
Duties
Greet clients upon arrival and provide them with information about services offered.
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for providers to optimize service delivery.
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring all questions are addressed promptly.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
Assist in marketing efforts, including social media management and promotional events.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication regarding client needs and treatment plans.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa environment.
Experience
Previous experience in a medical or spa setting is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic office applications.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of skincare treatments or aesthetic services is a plus.
