We are seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join our team in . This role is vital in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and support, contributing to our mission of providing high-quality medical aesthetic care.
The job will need admin skills and also to be able to follow up with social media.
Responsibilities
Manage clients inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure excellent customer service.
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow within the clinic.
Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
Assist with administrative tasks related to client care and clinic operations.
Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
Educate clients about services offered and address any concerns they may have.
Monitor and manage follow-up communications with clients post-treatment.
Support the implementation of clinic policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a medical spa setting, preferably with knowledge of aesthetic medicine.
Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is essential.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in an Medical spa environment.
Able to communicate with social media clients.
