We are seeking a skilled and personable

Aesthetician

to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional skincare and beauty services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in esthetics, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional environment that values innovation, sanitation, and guest satisfaction, with responsibilities spanning skincare treatments, cosmetic procedures, and retail sales. Experience with advanced treatments such as dermal fillers, Botox, laser therapy, and body waxing is highly desirable. The Aesthetician will play a key role in enhancing client experiences through personalized care and expert advice.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, HydraFacial and Hair removal Laser.

Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and retail products. Manage appointment scheduling using salon software (VAGARO)maintain accurate client records. Assist with front desk duties including guest check-in/out, answering inquiries, and managing social media accounts for marketing purposes. Ensure all treatment areas adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols. Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Stay current with industry trends related to esthetic laser treatments. Maintain a professional appearance and deliver outstanding guest services to foster client loyalty.

Qualifications

Valid Cosmetology or Esthetician license required; additional certifications in laser therapy . Proven experience in esthetics or medical spa environments; familiarity with Med spa procedures highly advantageous. Strong management skills with experience using salon management software such as VAGARO. Knowledge of social media management for marketing purposes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively on skincare products and treatments. Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demos to maximize client engagement.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
