Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Business & Operations Manager
with a background in aesthetics, dermatology, or medical spa environments. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day clinic operations, leading the onsite team, working with vendors, and driving strategies to improve bookings and overall revenue.Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure clinic efficiency Supervise and support staff, fostering a positive and professional team environment Manage vendor and supplier relationships Monitor and improve scheduling, reporting, and operational processes Identify opportunities to increase bookings and revenue growth Ensure a consistent client-first culture across all services
Qualifications:
Previous management experience in aesthetics, dermatology, medical spa setting Previous experience in Jane EMR would be an asset. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience managing budgets, vendors, and reporting Proven ability to develop and implement growth strategies
Compensation:
