Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional and personable individual to join our team as a Chinese-Speaking Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Chinese, providing excellent customer service to our diverse clientele. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently. Assist visitors with inquiries and provide information about products or services. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized. Coordinate and schedule appointments for our clients. Provide language support by assisting with translation or interpretation when needed. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is essential. Proficient in English to effectively communicate with team members and clients. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in using office equipment, including phones and computer systems. Knowledge of basic administrative tasks and office management. Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
