Bay and College Physiotherapy and Rehab is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Medical Office Administrator

to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily administrative tasks and ensuring our clinic operates smoothly. If you have experience in healthcare administration and enjoy helping patients, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:



Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Manage patient intake, ensuring accurate collection of personal and medical information. Send timely appointment reminders via email and phone. Respond to patient inquiries over the phone. Handle patient check-ins, process payments, and issue receipts. Process insurance claims and verify coverage. Draft and submit invoices for WSIB patients. Manage Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) patient processing. Follow up with patients regarding interest in medical products.

Qualifications & Skills:



Previous experience as a Medical Office Administrator in a clinical setting is an asset. Experience with MVA/WSIB is an asset. Familiarity with

JaneApp

is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Availability every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (mandatory).


Schedule & Compensation:



This is a part-time position of 5 hours per week only, on Saturdays (10:00 AM - 3:00 PM).

Occasional additional shifts may be available. Hourly wage:

$17.60
