Responsibilities

Effectively administer treatments on a variety of modalities. Provide us with educational credentials from a laser school and have a solid understanding of lasers and laser physics. Recommends retail products best suited for the patient based on their skin concerns. Perform required post-treatment follow-ups. Work in a well organized fast-paced environment. Collaborate in a team-based setting to recommend and deliver result focused treatment plans. Assist in performing administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments and charting. Maintain a high standard of patient care and satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service. -Attend work reliably with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.

Qualifications -

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position. Diploma of professional studies in aesthetics. Superior understanding of skin, skincare, and up to date laser and laser physics knowledge. A high level of professionalism, performance, and care in personal presentation. Strong interpersonal skills. Show teamwork and collaboration skills A passion for the industry, and a desire to build positive, long-lasting clinician-patient relationships. A desire and willingness to learn and grow within the position and our company. Excellent organization and time management skills. Ability to adapt and respond and quickly to changing priorities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Certification on platforms specific to medical aesthetic clinics, an asset. Experience with Zenoti will be an asset.
