WHAT You'll Do
As our
Sales Account Manager / Education Advisor
, you'll be the connection point between healthcare professionals and their next stage of growth. You'll guide, inspire, and support students and clinics in choosing programs that transform their professional paths -- while helping CAMA expand its impact across Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with nurses, doctors, and clinics seeking to advance their aesthetics training.
Conduct meaningful consultations (by phone, email, or in person) that help healthcare professionals choose the right learning path.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through authentic, consultative communication.
Maintain and expand a portfolio of repeat clients and industry partners.
Identify new business opportunities in education sales, national events, and sponsorships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine campaigns and generate high-quality leads.
Track performance and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, account management, or education advisory (experience in healthcare, education, or aesthetics is an asset).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience using CRM and digital sales tools.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for the aesthetics, healthcare, or education fields.
