Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Cabinet Maker/Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a leader in woodworking and cabinet fabrication for many years, with the ability to read technical blueprints and schematics. This role involves constructing and assisting in managing the fabrication of high end custom millwork, ensuring precision and attention to detail in every project. We are looking for someone with a good attitude who is motivated to win and help grow the company alongside our talented team.

Responsibilities

Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics to create custom cabinets and custom millwork. Fabricate cabinets using various materials, ensuring adherence to design specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

Minimum 20 Years Experience as a cabinet maker. Proven experience as a Leader and Master Cabinet Maker/Lead Hand or similar role in woodworking or carpentry. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics related to cabinet construction. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Clear communication skills and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Pay: $40.00-$47.00 per hour
