Working Foreman / Site Supervisor (sub Contractor) Minimum 15 Years Experience
Job Description
We are a commercial construction company looking for a local (lives within the GTA) and experienced individual to join our dynamic team. We specialize in interior renovations of restaurants, fitness studios, offices, medical clinics and retail.
We are looking for working foremen who has extensive experience in commercial construction of restaurants. A qualified candidate will be expected to work in the field with minimal management and be proficient in site management, steel stud framing, drywall, tbar, FRP, deficiency repairs and overall store finishing.
We are looking to hire someone to help manage our projects efficiently, on time and on budget.
REQUIREMENTS:
- WORKING HOURS 7AM-5PM (willing to work later if needed)
- CLEAR COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- VALID ONTARIO DRIVERS LICENSE
- ABILITY TO READ BLUEPRINTS
- MINIMUM 15 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION OF INTERIOR RENOVATIONS
- MINIMUM 10 YEARS FRAMING EXPERIENCE AS A LEAD HAND (not a helper)
- MINIMUM 10 YEARS DRYWALL AS A LEAD HAND
- MINIMUM 10 YEARS ACOUSTICAL CEILING AS A LEAD HAND
- BASEBOARD INSTALL
- DRYWALL FINISHING ON A SMALL SCALE (EX. PATCHING HOLES)
- PAINTING
Note:
Starting wage is based upon experience

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
