Rejoice Logistics is a dynamic, fast-growing logistics company with our service network covering the entire Canada. Our head office is in Vancouver with a branch in Richmond Hill, ON. We have over 20 years experience and are still growing. Rejoice Logistics dedicated to providing a pleasant environment for every employee. We also develop the opportunities for growth and a balance between work and home life. We are now seeking a full time position for Logistics Coordinator in our Vancouver head office.

Experience in Import or Export shipments from booking to final delivery

Communicates well with manager, co-worker and customers

Coordinate air and ocean Import shipments and all related tasks

Accurately prepare all documentation

Prepare client's accurate and timely billing

Tracing and tracking of shipment to final destination

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written

Job Requirements

College degree in a related field or equivalent is an asset

Minimum 1 year experience in Freight Forwarding or Shipping industry

Advanced knowledge of computer literacy, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Fluent English and bilingual in Mandarin is a big plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,500.00-$60,000.00 per year
