We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketplace Manager (12 month contract) who will be responsible for driving marketplace sales growth which includes setting up, optimizing and managing aspects of marketing, advertising, case management, logistics and growing products / brands on Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Loblaw platforms.

• Work with our product partner to manage and execute enhanced product content
• Execute on merchandising and promotional activities to drive sales
• Track and analyze Marketing campaigns & initiatives
• Prepare reports and weekly summaries on product performance on each Marketplace
• Translate raw data to recommendations and actions to drive growth for our products
• Collaborate with our Merchandising department to match event promo prices on all Marketplaces
• Work with Product Supply to ensure inventory is up to date and products are activated and deactivated as needed
• Communicate with Customer Support team to ensure customer messages and refunds are answered in a timely manner
• Support accounting to reconcile customer payments
• Track inventory with DC assistance to make sure all orders and shipments meet time expectations
• Keep up to date with Marketplaces' new services, functions, features and policies to ensure we utilize the latest and most effective service and solutions for growth

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain or related discipline preferred.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience selling on Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Loblaw Marketplaces
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks across channels and teams
• Solid understanding of Marketplace strategies and tactics, including listing, marketing, promoting, advertising, and operations.
• Self-starter and motivated individual who can drive success and achieve objectives through planning, collaboration and execution.
• Experience managing, tracking and entering data accurately and effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, analytical, organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Exceptional collaboration skills and can work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders as well as build and develop strong partnerships.
• Business savvy and up-to-date on current market and industry trends.
• Proficient Excel skills with ability to run and manage reports
• Knowledge of, and experience with various Marketplace portals and software solutions (helium10, camelcamelcamel), a plus (i.e. review monitoring, review solicitation, pricing tracking tools etc.)
• Bilingual English and French is an asset, but not required
