Responsibilities

Planning Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales and marketing plans that will introduce community influencers and other referral sources with the residence leading to on-site engagement. Prospect Management Work closely with the CEO and Management staff to maximize the number of prospects that become residents. Marketing Research, plan, budget and coordinate the execution of on-site and off-site marketing events that attract prospects and referral sources. Plan, budget and coordinate regular "one-on-one" meetings with community influencers and seniors' groups that will educate and keep them current on the residence's offerings and services. Seek out and negotiate sponsorships if possible. Plan and implement digital marketing; including but not limited to: LinkedIn, Facebook, Newsletters, blog, etc. Tour and Sales Management Do walk through of the grounds to ensure best presentation. Book and conduct tours of the residence with prospects, family and community influencers. Administration and Reporting Assume responsibility for all administrative duties related to managing the database and prompt communication with prospects using CRM. Complete all marketing reports promptly and correctly.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) in one of the following or a related health profession: Social Worker, Marketing, or Public relations preferred. Experience in the healthcare sector. Experience in developing and implementing sales and/or marketing plans, digital/social marketing, and community relations outreach. Experience in developing and managing budgets related to marketing, outreach and sales events. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Experience in working with a Jewish community is an asset

Compensation

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
