As the

Marketing & Promotions Manager

, you'll own the venue's marketing strategy from top to bottom, crafting campaigns that connect with the city's nightlife scene while staying true to Blueprint's vision. You'll work closely with promoters, partners, and internal creative teams to bring events to life and make sure every campaign drives real results.

What You'll Do

Build the Strategy:

Develop and execute a marketing and promotions plan that drives attendance, awareness, and brand growth.

Grow the Scene:

Collaborate with local promoters, DJs, artists, and partners to program events, create activations, and expand the venue's reach.

Lead the Calendar:

Manage the marketing schedule for ticketed events, in-house programming, and seasonal initiatives.

Create the Hype:

Coordinate social content, digital campaigns, and creative assets with internal teams and external designers.

Collaborate & Communicate:

Act as the go-to between venue leadership, the Blueprint marketing team, and third-party partners.

Drive ROI:

Track budgets, monitor campaign performance, and adjust strategies to maximize impact.

Keep It On-Brand:

Be the guardian of the venue's voice and tone, ensuring everything we put out feels authentic, fresh, and true to the culture.

Support the Experience:

Jump in during activations or event nights to oversee brand execution and keep the energy right.

What You Bring

2+ years in a

marketing, promotions, or event strategy

role (hospitality or nightlife industry preferred) Strong understanding of

nightlife, live events, and youth culture trends

Proven experience building and managing

marketing campaigns

with measurable success Solid grasp of

budgeting, reporting, and ROI tracking

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills -- you know how to connect with both artists and execs A creative, proactive mindset, always spotting new ideas, collaborations, and opportunities Experience managing content calendars, working with designers, and producing social media campaigns Availability to attend and support

evening or weekend events

as needed

Background in
