Reporting to the National Marketing Manager you will coordinate some of our organization\xe2\x80\x99s most important national marketing initiatives; contributing to the profitability of the organization by driving the adoption of marketing best practices. • As a marketing visionary, you will coordinate, communicate and execute marketing campaigns that align with the overall business strategy and create a demand for the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services
• You will make a personal impact, by tracking and communicating results and providing feedback to improve our marketing campaigns in a way that will drive profitability and growth in partnership with our suppliers and customers
• You will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting divisional sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected in all our marketing activities and collateral.
• You will plan ahead and will leverage technology to deliver and execute creative email campaigns that promote all our marketing programs.

Who Are You?

• You have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• You have at minimum 2 years of prior marketing experience
• You are bilingual (French and English) with an excellent command of the French language - some projects may require communication with Ontario-based clients
• You have excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to impart knowledge, provide training and motivate employees
• You are highly collaborative, innovative, proactive and resourceful
• You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

• Vous aurez un impact personnel, en suivant et en communiquant les r\xc3\xa9sultats et en participant \xc3\xa0 am\xc3\xa9liorer nos campagnes de marketing de mani\xc3\xa8re \xc3\xa0 stimuler la rentabilit\xc3\xa9 et la croissance en partenariat avec nos fournisseurs et nos clients.
• Vous serez un ambassadeur de la marque, en renfor\xc3\xa7ant la reconnaissance de la marque tout en soutenant les initiatives de vente de la division et en am\xc3\xa9liorant les exp\xc3\xa9riences des clients. Vous veillerez constamment \xc3\xa0 ce que notre image de marque soit refl\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9e dans toutes nos campagnes et activit\xc3\xa9s, ainsi que tous nos supports marketing.
• Vous planifierez \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99avance et tirerez parti de la technologie pour livrer et ex\xc3\xa9cuter des campagnes de courriel cr\xc3\xa9atives qui font la promotion de tous nos programmes de marketing.

Qui \xc3\xaates-vous?

• Vous \xc3\xaates titulaire d\'un baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en marketing, en communication ou dans un domaine connexe.
• Vous avez au moins 2 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience pr\xc3\xa9alable en marketing.
• Vous \xc3\xaates bilingue (fran\xc3\xa7ais et anglais) et poss\xc3\xa9dez une excellente maitrise de la langue fran\xc3\xa7aise - certains projets peuvent n\xc3\xa9cessiter une communication avec des clients bas\xc3\xa9s en Ontario
• Vous avez un excellent sens de l\'organisation et \xc3\xaates capable de prioriser des t\xc3\xa2ches multiples et de travailler sous pression tout en conservant une bonne attitude.
• Vous avez de solides comp\xc3\xa9tences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, une capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 transmettre des connaissances, \xc3\xa0 former et \xc3\xa0 motiver les employ\xc3\xa9s.
• Vous \xc3\xaates tr\xc3\xa8s collaboratif, innovateur, proactif et d\xc3\xa9brouillard.
• Vous avez une connaissance avanc\xc3\xa9e de la suite Microsoft Office
