Marketing & Pr Manager: Contract
Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned and professional Marketing & PR Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic plans in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Our client organizes online and in-person events, conversations, masterclasses and travel journeys for women.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:
Planning and developing marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new customers, drive sales and engage and foster loyalty of existing customers
Implementing the marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement
Designing and maintaining the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media presence and website
Using and maximizing the library of content across all marketing channels including - blogging, photography, social media posts
Developing and managing public relations campaigns
Measuring and reporting performance of all marketing, advertising and PR activities ensuring that objectives, budgets and timelines are met
Identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed
Identifying trends, brainstorming new and creative growth strategies
What you bring to the role:
Must have experience in a small, entrepreneurial company and working independently
Travel marketing experience would be an asset
This is a short-term contract OR long-term role, remote/hybrid. Some travel may be required.
