As Media & Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the local Marketing team, as well as Global Marketing Capabilities team, to accelerate Campari\'s brand growth and Digital Marketing transformation in Canada. You will also be working closely to manage the Canadian company\'s relationship with the media agency-of-record, including optimizing the resourcing and deployment of approximately $4 Million in media spend. This role will be instrumental to managing and executing Campari Canada\'s overall marketing and digital marketing activities, working with both external agencies and partners for brilliant execution and implementation.

The mission of this role is to strengthen Campari\'s presence consistently across media and digital channels, fostering consumers\' online engagement and consideration, and driving the efficacy of our digital content deployed along consumer and shopper journeys.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Media: Lead media agency to develop strategic plans and ensure agreed plans for all media activities are executed with best practices.
Work hand-in-hand with the media agency to set up Media Mix Modelling for the Campari portfolio.
Regular management and tracking of media approvals and spends across brands and at the portfolio level via close discussions with GSM and the media agency of record. Sharing of performance and execution insights for total media regularly with key stakeholders.
Connection and media planning process as part of brand planning, to ensure consumers are at the core of our media strategies and that defined KPIs are in place.
Locally deploy the media (both traditional and digital) strategy across the ecosystem of Paid and Organic channels, supporting Brand Managers as they plan, implement, and leverage media channels to deliver brand marketing objectives.
Achieve excellence in Paid Digital Media campaigns, managing the execution of activation (e.g Paid Social, Display/Video, Paid Search, Programmatic, eCommerce media etc.), including performance measurement and optimization.
CRM & Email: Lead customer relationship management strategy and execution of email campaigns across the portfolio.
Manage data governance at Campari working with legal, IT and DPO to ensure the Canadian market is compliant with local privacy and data collection laws.
Data collection and hygiene strategy to grow opt-in, engaged contacts across the portfolio and develop new touchpoints for acquisition.
Lead contact segmentation, nurture stream, e-commerce and tactical email campaigns across the portfolio.
Website & SEO: Lead website management and SEO strategy on localized sites across the portfolio.
Manage the CMS for websites across the portfolio to optimize user journeys, content to reduce bounce rate, increase time on site and online revenue.
Manage the SEO agency to accelerate blog and content strategy across the portfolio to increase organic traffic.
Report on search insights to the business as part of strategic planning and quarterly business reviews.
Organic Social: Lead organic social, listening and amplification strategies supporting Campari brand teams.
Manage organic social media agency and assist in the development of brand playbooks.
Manage organic social and competitive listening dashboards on Sprinklr.
Manage Ambassador program, content creators and influencer identification, negotiation and programs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams
Work in close partnership with local Marketing roles and Global Digital Marketing to ensure consistent media strategy deployment and sharing of lessons learned, including how to best leverage data to develop new insights and measure effectiveness.
Budget setting and Agency briefing: collaborate with Brand Management teams on briefs, budgets, reports and results analysis.
Cross-channel campaign planning/management: Coordinate with Experiential Marketing, PR, Social & Advocacy, Customer and Channel Marketing, Brand House and eCommerce leads.
Manage Agency and external partners/publisher relationships
Manage local media and digital agency leads, in-line with Global agreements
Build relationships with key local media owners, engage local contacts of global partners (e.g. Google, Facebook, \xe2\x80\xa6)

Accustomed to digital media jargon and KPIs (e.g. CPM, CPC, engagement rate, frequency cap, audience targeting, viewability, link clicks, 3s views, etc.)
Previous experience leveraging and assessing data for key insights (e.g. social listening, sentiment analysis, KPIs like mentions, hashtag, engagement rate, reach, \xe2\x80\xa6), SEO optimization, content efficacy assessment (e.g. visibility, engagement rates, formats, lengths optimization rules, \xe2\x80\xa6)
Excellent agency/partner management skills
Comfortable being the local subject matter expert for media, organic social, data privacy, email, website ux, SEO, influencer etc
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
Robust experience in stakeholder management, both local and foreign, internal, and external
Fluency in English and ability to communicate at all levels
Ability to work autonomously, managing priorities, and multi-tasking across numerous work streams
An entrepreneurial mindset and autonomy within a collaborative environment
Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
8-10 years of "rounded" experience in digital marketing, with exposure to both traditional and paid digital media, organic social, influencer, crm/email, website and seo.
Delivered outstanding results in consumer acquisition and engagement by delivering growth in conversations around the brand and growing an active consumer database
Exposure to e-commerce and e-commerce media (e.g. Amazon)
Prior experience in media/digital agency is a strong plus
Relevant experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, with experience in Spirits/Beverages being a strong plus
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic team environment
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communication or equivalent is a plus
Other
Ability to travel up to 25% of per year.
