About the Role Enkel is looking for a growth-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to take a key role in growing the business in 2023. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of all aspects of Enkel\'s marketing strategy. You will stay informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, while helping to strategize and execute on marketing campaigns. You will own the execution of all marketing strategies and will be required to figure out how best to get them done. You\'ll be working alongside talented and collaborative team members in marketing and sales, as well as others across our growing company. Duties and Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Enkel\'s marketing strategy and execute on all parts of the plan with a small team.
• Manage the marketing funnel, with ultimate responsibility for all acquisition channels (paid, search, direct, social media etc.).
• Build Enkel\'s marketing campaign strategy; Implement and maintain a campaign playbook that defines how campaigns are run and provides a go-to resource for the marketing team.
• Oversee Enkel\'s content strategy including: Blog scheduling, maintenance, publishing, promotion, reporting, and optimization.
• Manage resources to develop and publish content on a timely basis. Ensure that content delivered meets the intended objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report on content success and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee the content promotion strategy and work with others in Marketing to promote through channels such as email, social media, subscriptions, and partner sites.
• Oversee Enkel\'s brand identity through social channels \xe2\x80\x93 LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter.
• Take ownership of the ongoing improvements to our website and work closely with our external agency to run ongoing experiments on our website and landing pages to optimize conversion rates and performance.
• Execute on our SEO strategy to drive organic visibility and conversion and provide technical SEO and keyword recommendations for website, blog, and channel content.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for link building and content contribution.
• Manage digital events (webinars) and support offline events as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A degree in business with a concentration in marketing
• 10+ years of marketing experience
• Passionate about technology and comfortable learning new systems
• Experience with CRM software
• Excellent presentation skills
• Well-organized with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A technology \xe2\x80\x9chack\xe2\x80\x9d mindset with a desire to find technological solutions for business problems, particularly in financial technology
• A commitment to customer service and to serving the needs of entrepreneurs in a variety of sectors
• A desire to build relationships with industry partners and to collaborate on cross-selling opportunities
