As the Marketing Operations Manager, you are the owner of our marketing tech stack, responsible for data quality, integrations, internal training and enablement, and vendor management. You will be the primary administrator of Marketo, ensuring data integrity and synchronization across our integrations. Your in-depth understanding of how Marketo and Salesforce sync will be essential for field mapping, lead lifecycle analysis, and campaign performance and insights.

You have a key eye for detail and are critically minded with data. You consider the entire data journey when making decisions and recommendations - understanding the downstream impacts of changes.

You are a strong communicator, collaborator, and partner for our team and internal stakeholders, including Revenue Operations and Systems, International Marketing, and Sales Operations/Enablement. You\'re a curious problem solver and break down data and system challenges to find the best solution. You\'re intrigued by the incorporation of AI and look to drive efficiencies within our tools.

What you will do:

Marketing technology:

  • Develop the strategy for and execute on the marketing technology roadmap.
  • Negotiate existing marketing technology contracts and renewals
  • Own and manage the marketing tech stack including but not limited to Marketo, Marketo Measure (Bizible), Outreach, Brandfolder and Mailchimp.
  • Provide ongoing enablement for internal adoption of tools and communications of new features.
  • Own the relationship with RevOps with regards to the marketing automation integration with Salesforce.
  • Support cross-functional technology projects.
Lead lifecycle & marketing automation:
  • Own, implement, optimize, and report on lead scoring, lead flow, compliance programs, segmentations, nurtures, and lifecycle programs in Marketo.
  • Manage multi-touch attribution and ongoing reporting on email and campaign performance.
  • Manage and execute all email marketing for our go-to-market functions.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency across our global programs, partnering with our International team.
  • Maintain strong data hygiene practices to ensure accuracy and reliability of our data and segmentation.
What you will bring:
  • 7+ years related work experience delivering marketing automation and/or marketing technology projects in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience building complex automation rules and workflows in Marketo. Marketo certification is preferred.
  • Experience integrating and automating with a tech stack including webinars, event management, project management, prospecting and other tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce object relationships, data architecture, campaign management, workflows and third party integrations. Previous experience administering Salesforce for Marketing is an asset.
  • Understands privacy considerations for email marketing including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, etc.
  • Basic HTML
  • Self-starter, highly organized, and thrive in a fast paced environment.
