Manage the strategic planning and integration of select marketing communication campaigns and tactics
Be a trusted advisor to those within the Marketing team by building trusting, reliable, and collaborative relationships
Actively participate in the annual campaign planning process by providing strategic direction and insight
Act as the conduit for Customer Marketing to provide recommendations and consultation on marketing strategy and budget management
Develop and/or provide guidance on the development of project briefs for tactical touchpoints in collaboration with stakeholders
Set the strategic direction and objectives for all traditional media-based activity
Work with external vendors for projects that include promotional items, printing, shipping etc.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Business or Communications
Minimum of 5 years of marketing communications and project management experience
Strong knowledge of customer relationship marketing, and communication principles
Ability to influence others, and manage conflict
Ability to manage several projects and responsibilities simultaneously
Excellent creativity skills coupled with a strong customer focus
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Expertise using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office products
Knowledge of Trello or another project management software, Mural and/or Smartsheet an asset
