Overview


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Manager / Rental Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing and sales, with an enthusiatic attitude to rent units. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for managing rental listings, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties



Manage and optimize rental listings across various platforms, ensuring accurate and appealing content. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the rental market. Utilize SEO techniques to enhance online visibility and attract potential renters. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including Facebook Advertising and email marketing campaigns. Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and Google AdWords to refine marketing efforts. Collaborate with the product management team to ensure alignment of rental offerings with market demand. Create visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite. Maintain the company website on WordPress, ensuring all content is up-to-date and user-friendly. Assist with marketing initiatives related to rental properties. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing client needs. Answer phones and deal with incoming calls. Provide tours to potential tenants and follow up. Other duties may be required to assist existing tenants with work orders, forms etc.

Requirements



Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably within the real estate or rental industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media advertising platforms. Familiarity with HTML is a plus for managing website content effectively. Excellent research skills to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage day to day operations. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
