Upper Madison College (UMC) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Regional Marketing Manager

for

China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Mongolia, and Southeast Asia

. This role requires a strong leader with a

sales-driven mindset

, and a commitment to building and maintaining relationships with prospective students, agents, and educational partners across these key regions. You will be responsible for driving

revenue growth

, achieving recruitment targets, and ensuring that students are effectively supported throughout their journey with UMC.

Your success will directly impact your earning potential through a

performance-based bonus

of up to

$30,000 annually

, with a focus on achieving

sales goals

while also delivering excellent

student care

and ensuring their smooth transition into UMC.

Key Responsibilities



Sales, Agent and Partner Development, and Student Care



Identify, recruit, and establish partnerships

with external recruitment agents and educational partners across

China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Mongolia, and Southeast Asia

, ensuring they align with UMC's goals for

student enrollment

and

sales targets

.

Develop and implement training programs

that equip agents and partners with the necessary

sales strategies

, knowledge, and skills to effectively recruit students while emphasizing

student care

throughout the recruitment process. Foster a

sales-driven culture

with agents and partners, ensuring all recruitment activities are focused on meeting

target enrollment numbers

while maintaining high standards of

student engagement

,

care

, and

success

.

Monitor and support agent and partner performance

to ensure consistent achievement of recruitment targets and provide guidance on maintaining high-quality relationships with students, ensuring they receive the support they need throughout their journey with UMC.

Student Recruitment & Marketing



Develop and execute sales-driven marketing strategies

to raise UMC's profile in

China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Mongolia, and Southeast Asia

.

Manage the sales pipeline

by cultivating strong relationships with agents, educational partners, and other stakeholders to drive

student enrollment

. Represent UMC at international education fairs, online expos, and industry events to drive

revenue growth

and expand UMC's

student base

.

Track and report on sales performance

and ensure recruitment efforts meet or exceed

enrollment goals

.

Collaborate with internal teams

to enhance

student retention

and support services for enrolled students.

Provide personal support to students

throughout the academic year, addressing issues like

attendance

and

academic performance

.

Serve as a primary point of contact

for students and families, providing updates on progress and helping address any challenges, including working closely with the

homestay team

.

Travel to attend international education fairs

and industry events, representing UMC and driving

student recruitment

.

Qualifications



Minimum

3 years of sales experience

in student recruitment or a related field, with a strong focus on meeting or exceeding

sales targets

.

Fluency in Mandarin is required

. Knowledge of

student recruitment

or experience in the

high school education system

is a plus. Proven success in

sales-driven environments

, particularly in international markets.

University degree

(Bachelor's or higher) required. Strong

business acumen

with the ability to balance

sales performance

with exceptional

student service

and retention. Excellent verbal and written

communication

and

interpersonal skills

. Proven ability to lead and motivate

agents

and

partners

to meet

sales goals

while ensuring a focus on

student care
