The Role: As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for all things Marketing across several Brands and lines of business. You will build the yearly framework, marketing calendar and process; from research and planning to execution and analysis for all marketing channels. You will provide thought leadership and define the company\xe2\x80\x99s internal and external marketing objectives tied to corporate objectives and clear KPIs, liaise with account management and product teams to ensure alignment and retrieve inputs to the overall plans. The Marketing Manager will also be required to conduct regular market research and bring best-practice to the organization. This is a hands-on role and will require solid planning and execution, as you coordinate and consistently deliver strong results as working with cross functional teams to ensure that your business unit\xe2\x80\x99s plans are appropriately prioritized to the highest of standards. You will be responsible for:
  • Planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and creative content.

  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels

  • Measuring and reporting on the performance and effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns. You will coordinate and present regularly to senior staff on performance of channels in terms of return on ad spend and present continuous improvement recommendations based on key concepts such as attribution.

  • Identifying trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

  • Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Marketing

  • Forecast and prepare annual revenue budgets in collaboration with other internal teams. Presenting reports to executives, with ability to analyze problems and create solutions
  • Conduct Customer Brand and product research initiatives, working with Business Development team
  • Coordinate and deliver presentations that build holistic marketing strategy, processes, tools and templates to standardize our marketing toolkit for deployment internally and externally

Accountable for BlackSquare\xe2\x80\x99s marketing strategy and execution coordination including:
  • Create content for corporate marketing collateral, website, blog, whites papers and social network and media content. Overseeing the overall operating content and providing analytics for review
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, sift through data to find the most important, to think beyond.
  • Support account management and lead teams with ability to bring strong subject matter expertise to client conversations and convince their local, global and senior leader levels mutually beneficial marketing plans / investments;

What you bring:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, Business, Advertising or Communications is preferable.
  • 5+ years of e-commerce experience managing a portfolio of products, including selling on DTC sites with the understanding of the different marketing levers that are used in e-commerce: SEO, PPC, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing and Social Channels;
  • Knowledge and background in online campaign management and ecommerce with a strong understanding of ROAS and Sales Attribution.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong understanding of nuances of e-commerce selling process from acquiring the customer to physical last mile delivery
  • Excel in interpersonal, service and entrepreneurial strengths, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Experience with Shopify, Microsoft Ads, Monday.com, JIRA, Google-fu, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Search Console, Analytics, Data Studio and ultimate Optimization, with direction and use of process mapping.
  • Solid background in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media and the use of other effective methods to expertly execute and positively influence for maximum results. Bridging the gap, delivering our unique world class digital commerce experience where Top Brands equals Happy Consumers!
