We are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is professional and capable of managing his or her workload while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. They will be key leadership to our technical team. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns \xc2\xb7 Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) \xc2\xb7 Coordinate our digital team, offering quality leadership \xc2\xb7 Ensure that our content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our company\xe2\x80\x99s profitability \xc2\xb7 Monitor our digital campaigns so that they are running smoothly \xc2\xb7 Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies \xc2\xb7 Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights \xc2\xb7 Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience \xc2\xb7 Analyze end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points \xc2\xb7 Identify conversion points and optimize user funnels \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners \xc2\xb7 Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. Requirements \xc2\xb7 BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field \xc2\xb7 3-5 year of experience in digital marketing management \xc2\xb7 Experience executing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns \xc2\xb7 Skilled in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate \xc2\xb7 Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels \xc2\xb7 Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments \xc2\xb7 Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) \xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) \xc2\xb7 Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns \xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking \xc2\xb7 Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement The company offers room for growth and rewards hard work.
