The

Marketing & Lot Manager

plays a key role in showcasing our vehicles, maintaining a professional lot appearance, and supporting cross-department coordination. This role combines hands-on lot management with digital marketing support to ensure our inventory is well-presented both online and on-site.

Responsibilities:

Take high-quality photos of all vehicles for our website and online listings. Upload and manage vehicle listings across the Brant County Ford website and partner platforms. Ensure accuracy of online vehicle information (pricing, specs, descriptions). Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly lot. Rotate and stage inventory to highlight fresh arrivals and priority units. Work with Sales, Service, and Detailing departments to ensure vehicles move quickly from trade-in to lot-ready status. Support dealership promotions, events, and merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic photography skills (experience with vehicle photos is an asset). Comfortable using computers and online platforms (training provided). Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Team player who can coordinate across multiple departments. Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $23.50-$25.00 per hour
