Who We Are
MUCHO Burrito is one or Canada's leading fast-casual Mexican brands, proudly serving fresh, Made-in-Casa, and fire-grilled flavour at over 150 locations coast to coast. We're passionate about bold ingredients, real cooking, and creating craveable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
We believe love is messy, life is spicy, and food tastes better when it's made by hand - with heart.
As part of MTY Group, one of Canada's largest and most dynamic franchisors with over 7,100 locations worldwide, we bring together the strength of a major brand family with the agility of passion, food-forward team.
We're looking for a Marketing and Field Coordinator who's equal parts organized and entrepreneurial. Someone who can roll up their sleeves, rally the troops, and bring our brand to life at the local level.
The Role
This isn't your average desk job. You'll be the connector between head office and our amazing franchisees, helping them create impactful local store marketing (LSM) plans and supporting the Senior Marketing Manager on national programs and campaigns.
Your mission is to make sure the heart of the brand shows up where it matters most: in our restaurants and in our communities.
What you'll do
LSM Leadership and Franchise Support:
Be the go-to liaison between franchisees and the marketing team
Support the franchisees and Business Development Managers (BDMs) in developing LSM plans that actually move the needle
Collaborate on new store openings, guest appreciation events, and regional marketing activities from strategy to POP material distribution
Customize solutions that meet local needs, backed by data, insights, and a whole lot of heart
National Campaign Execution
Support the rollout of menu launches, promotions, and limited-time offers (LTOs)
Assist with the production and distribution of in-store marketing such as menu boards, posters, and clings
Host training webinars to ensure operators are set up for success
Admin and Coordination
Keep marketing inventories, contact lists, timelines and vendor touchpoints organized and up to date
Coordinate asset production with creative teams and vendors
Monitor competitive trends and make recommendations that support continuous improvement.
Who You Are
You are a self-starter, people-person, and problem-solver. You don't mind a little ambiguity. In fact, you thrive in it. You're always ready to jump in with a solution. You're not just organized - you're orchestrated.
Experience and skills we're looking for:
Minimum two (2) years of experience in marketing coordinator, field marketing, or a similar role
Experience in QSR or franchising is a strong asset
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Business
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to build relationships with internal teams and franchisees.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Comfortable with digital platforms, production processes, and campaign logistics
Open to travel within Canada. A valid driver's license is required
Ready to Roll?
If you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact, support franchisees across the country, and bring local marketing to life while having a little fun along the way, we'd love to hear from you.
